• My biggest week was 81,5km (50,4 miles) 
• My average per week was 62,8km (38,8 miles)
• My marathon preparation was 8 weeks
• I ran 3 times/week 

Key takeaway? MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER! 🙌🏻

For me, coming from an injury it was important to take it slow. Rushing from a base of 20km/week to 100 would not have been smart. Luckily my coach @luchoebeke and my physio @mderolez helpt me during this process. Let’s keep building now to get a sharper time. 💪🏻😉💥
